Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we accept product returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with its original box and all accessories, just as it was delivered to you.
The return request must be made within 14 days from the order date.
If the box or contents that came with the product are damaged, missing, or unsuitable for resale, packaging costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that customized products are non-returnable. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, you retain the right to a return or exchange.

Return Shipping Cost
Since detailed images and measurements of our products are provided on our website, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund
Once the returned product reaches us and is inspected, we will inform you whether your return is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 BUSINESS DAYS.
Exchange
Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the delivery of the product. To request an exchange, please contact us. Once the product reaches us and has been inspected, the exchange process will begin.
For exchanges, the shipping cost to send the product to us is the responsibility of the customer, while the shipping cost for sending the new product is covered by ALMAER COUTURE.
